Return Policy
1. General Information
We sell print-on-demand merchandise produced after an order is placed. Please read the sections below carefully, as return rights differ depending on your location.
All return requests must be initiated via our “Contact Us” form.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
When contacting us regarding a return, please:

2. Customers Within the European Union (EU)
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
Conditions for Returns (EU)

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

You may inspect and try on the item, but handling beyond what is necessary to assess fit and quality may result in a deduction for diminished value, as permitted by EU consumer law.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.
Refunds (EU)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Any deduction will reflect only actual loss of value caused by handling beyond normal inspection.
3. Customers Outside the European Union (Including USA & Global)
All Sales Final
For customers outside the European Union, all sales are final, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Changed mind

Fit or style preferences
Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (All Regions)
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via the Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery.
When submitting your request:

Select “Defective or incorrect item” as the reason for contact

Include your order number

Attach clear photos showing the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale

Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery

Personalized or customized products (such as name prints or customer-provided designs)
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges, this applies to incorrectly ordered sizes and designs.
If an EU return is approved, the original item must be returned first. A new order may then be placed separately.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
